Purple Rain, Purple Rain....

Mathew Street Festival, Liverpool, Sunday 26th August....

After falling lucky with the weather & having a nice, warm sunny day with blue skies, we spent the afternoon at Mathew Street Festival in Liverpool.... We watched a number of great bands & singers taking off their idols.... This is me with "Prince".... Great singer!  Had to grab a picture with him, especially as the first concert I went to was to see Prince in Manchester... The atmosphere was fabulous throughout the whole afternoon....

Whilst on a trip to Llandudno in Wales, I came across a sculpture of the rabbit from Alice In Wonderland....

One Summers Day....

One summers day, leading up to the bank holiday weekend of August, there were quite a few Butterfly's that seemed to fly about & congregate in our back garden....

Managed to snap a shot of one having a rest in the sun....
